Out Train a Bad Diet

Have you ever heard this phrase 'You can't out train a bad diet' ..?


In simple terms this means no matter how much you train, you can't get results if you don't eat a good diet.

Even if you train 7 days per week for an hour at a time this would equal only 7hrs out of the 168hrs in that week, which would mean you are only training for 4.17% of your week!


So what are you doing for the other 95.83% of it?


SLEEPING

EATING

DRINKING

WORKING

etc....


So how can 4.17% out match 95.83%....?
