Stay fit & healthy whilst in this lock down, by performing some of these simple but effective home workouts.

Most of these videos just require a exercise mat, but a small handful do require a chair & light-weight dumbbell or object.

Each workout is made up of the following:
Pulse Raiser – An exercise designed to warm you up and raise your heart rate
Upper Body Exercise – An exercise targeting mainly your upper body
Lower Body Exercise – An exercise targeting mainly your lower body
Three Abdominal/Core Exercises – Three exercises designed to target your stomach area (Abdominals or Core)

Depending on the difficulty of the workout the exercises will range from 30sec to 60sec each, therefore resulting in the workout increasing in during as the exercise time gets longer.

Workout Plan:

Circuit One: Pulse Raiser / Upper Body / Lower Body

Circuit Two: Abdominal 1 / Abdominal 2 / Abdominal 3

Circuit Three: Pulse Raiser / Upper Body / Lower Body

Circuit Four: Abdominal 1 / Abdominal 2 / Abdominal 3

Circuit Five: Pulse Raiser / Upper Body / Lowet Body
